The 3rd and final phase of LIVING’s Kassák Project development, Kassák Terrace, has reached a major milestone, receiving its final use permit ahead of schedule. Located in District 13, at the intersection of Klapka utca and Kassák Lajos utca, just a short walk from Váci út, the residential park has 246 apartments with A+ energy rating and cutting edge energy solutions for cost-effectiveness. In line with LIVING’s standards, the residential park offers community services and smart home functions to residents. Sales of the apartments are underway.

LIVING, WING’s residential property development business and one of the leading residential developers in Hungary, completed its first residential development, Kassák Residence, in 2020. This was the first phase of the Kassák Project, which was followed by the second phase, Kassák Passage, completed in the second half of 2022. Now the third and final phase of the project, a development with 246 apartments, has received its final use permit.

Kassák Terrace offers practical studio apartments as well as large six-room penthouse units with efficient floor plans and panoramic views. 21 homes in the project have direct garden access. The underground parking garage of the residential development has 259 parking spaces, including 190 with electric chargers. Sales are underway, and there are still some apartments available in the residential park.

Kassák Terrace has a convenient location, in close proximity to Váci út, ensuring easy access to outstanding infrastructure and a broad range of services in the vicinity. Downtown Budapest is easily accessible by car and public transport, yet the development is located in a quiet, tranquil area. Kassák Terrace has an A+ energy rating and offers surface heating and cooling, a heat pump solution, and apartments with high technical standards. The triple-glazed plastic doors and windows allow for more efficient sound and thermal insulation, resulting in far lower annual heating and cooling costs compared to traditional homes.

LIVING is committed to creating residential properties that offer not only housing, but also a comfortable home and an improved quality of life of the residents. This is true for Kassák Terrace as well: a total green area of 3295 sqm was created in the project, providing residents with a lovely environment, where they can feel close to nature. In addition, a contiguous inner courtyard with a total area of 4518 sqm was created for the residents in the three phases of the project.

Up to a certain development stage, owners can choose one of three basic packages, which is included in the price.
