The Group’s history began 25 years ago in Klapka utca intersecting Váci út, and today its operations span all segments of the real estate market, with its portfolio including offices, industrial and logistics properties, retail real estates, hotels as well as residential development projects. Recent project highlights include the mixed-use development of the ESG-compliant Liberty office & hotel which brought the first TRIBE hotel to Hungary; Liget Center where RTL Hungary’s downtown headquarters are located; the Vitrum boutique office building; and HOP Technology Office Park, Budapest’s only downtown technology office park.

Over its quarter of a century of operation, the Group has grown into a market-leading real estate company: WING has had development projects worth HUF 750 billion in Hungary and constructed 52 buildings totalling 1.35 million square metres: an average of more than 2 new properties delivered each year.
