Liberty is welcoming a new tenant: AutoWallis Group, a leading integrated automotive retail and mobility service provider in the Central and Eastern European region, has established its new headquarters in the mixed-use Liberty complex developed by WING, occupying approximately 5,600 square meters of office space for over 400 employees.

This marks a new chapter for AutoWallis Group, which employs a total of around 1,500 people in the region:  the company has moved into its new home in Liberty, a mixed-use development by WING, with more than 400 employees who previously worked in several offices in and around Budapest. The group's offices are located on the top floors of the building’s northern wing, offering panoramic views of Gellért Hill.

From interior design to space planning, the office layout was fully tailored to AutoWallis’s specific needs. Listed in the Premium category of the Budapest Stock Exchange, AutoWallis Group has brought together its most important divisions under one roof with the move, consolidating key operational functions, brands, and subsidiaries to enhance efficiency. Liberty offers not only a modern office space that reinforces the company’s brand identity, but also inspiring community areas and the flexibility to meet tenant-specific requirements. Its vibrant, contemporary environment aligns perfectly with AutoWallis’s dynamic nature and ambitious growth plans.

AutoWallis moving into Liberty marks another important milestone in the life of the building. We are honoured that a publicly listed company has chosen Liberty as its new headquarters, allowing it, for the first time, to unite its previously separate divisions in a single location befitting a large regional corporation. This long-term lease, covering more than 5,600 square metres – a significant size even in the Budapest office market – demonstrates the increasing importance of modern, sustainable, and service-oriented office environments in tenants’ decision-making processes. These are exactly the principles we followed when developing Liberty” said Gábor Angel, Deputy CEO of WING, responsible for the office portfolio.

AutoWallis’s move to Liberty is more than a simple relocation: it’s a powerful symbol of our Group’s evolution. Today, we operate across 17 countries with 29 brands, offering a wide range of automotive retail and mobility services. In line with our ‘Driving Together’ motto, we are bringing together the central management teams of all three business into a single office. From the end of August, more than 400 colleagues across these divisions and our corporate management will be working under one roof. This creates exciting new opportunities to further leverage synergies, supporting AutoWallis’s continued growth. In addition, our new headquarters will serve as the meeting point for existing and prospective business partners, making it essential that we welcome them in a modern, forward-thinking, and sustainably operated space” said Gábor Ormosy, CEO of AutoWallis.

With a 1,000-square-metre green inner garden, Liberty offers premium well-being and comfort services. These include three- and four-star hotels, the TRIBE Table restaurant and café, the Cloud IX rooftop bar, a rooftop sports court and running track, bike and scooter storage, changing rooms, showers, EV charging stations, and a 650-space underground garage equipped with the Parkl system and dedicated Wigo spaces. Additional on-site conveniences include the Monza Care car wash, the Gourmenza restaurant and café, and a variety of dining options at the neighbouring Telekom Campus, as well as the artisan Nor/ma bakery.
