This move represents a further expansion of the growing community of innovation-driven enterprises operating in the park. ZF Hungária has not only found a new office at HOP but also an inspiring professional environment that supports its long-term development.

ZF Hungária, which specializes in producing and selling of automated and automatic transmissions and their components, has moved into 1,055 square meters of space on the entire second floor of Building 9, known as Gizella Loft. The company chose the technology office park for its prime location, modern work environment, and the professional appeal of the HOP tenant community.

With the relocation, ZF Hungária now offers a modern workspace for its more than 100 employees that fosters efficient collaboration and technological advancement. The company’s new office strengthens its presence in Hungary and contributes to the further growth of the HOP technology ecosystem.

The HOP Technology Office Park has become one of Budapest’s fastest-growing technology hubs, offering an integrated environment for research and development, manufacturing, logistics, and offices. It is home to major international corporations such as Siemens, TÜV Rheinland, Valeo, Yunex Traffic, and Lightware Zrt. Currently, 70% of the park is occupied by companies active in Industry 4.0 sectors, and now the overall occupancy rate is nearly 100%.

WING aims to create an environment that supports long-term, sustainable growth and technological development for tenants in its innovative and sustainable complex. The arrival of ZF Hungária is further proof that HOP is an urban technology campus offering tailored solutions to meet the needs of the companies of the future, not just an office park.
