A leading property developer in the Central European region, WING Ltd. has further expanded the East Gate PRO Business Park in North Pest. After the successful delivery of halls A1, B1 and A2, the fourth building, B2, has now been completed. The 9,000 square-metre hall not only increases the capacity of the Park, but was also earned an internationally recognised “Very Good” rating by BREEAM in line with sustainability principles, similarly to phase one.

In Hall B2, the Hungarian subsidiary of Packeta Group, one of the region’s fastest growing parcel logistics companies, has established its new centre for its Hungarian operations. WING Industrial worked closely with the tenant throughout the development to ensure that the building meets their requirements in every respect. Tailored to fit tenant’s needs, the hall features larger-than-usual offices, more extensive handling and parking areas, docking and drive-in gates for cross-docking and heat-pump system for heating and cooling.

East Gate PRO Business Park is located in Fót, at the intersection of the M0 and M3 motorways, making it easily accessible by both road and public transport. So far, four halls have been completed in the East Gate PRO Business Park, while the entire project includes the construction of six facilities with around 60,000 square metres of space available for lease. With this development, WING Industrial aims to create modern, sustainable and tenant-focused industrial properties that will deliver value in the long term.
