WING continues to support the talents of the future at the National Student Research Conference (OTDK)
2025-05-06
For the fifth consecutive year, WING – one of Central Europe’s leading real estate development and investment groups – is supporting talented and ambitious university students by contributing to the work of the economics and engineering sections of the National Student Research Conference (OTDK). For many years, the event has served as an important platform for Hungarian higher education students to present their research findings and engage with relevant professional topics.
This year, the Technical Sciences Section of the conference – the most prestigious event in Hungarian engineering education – was hosted by the Faculty of Engineering of the University of Debrecen from April 23 to 25. The Economics Section took place from April 28 to 30, organized by the Faculty of Economics of the University of Miskolc.
WING has been supporting the OTDK since 2017, as part of the company's CSR strategy. This initiative aims to encourage young talents, foster their professional development, and inspire them. This aligns with the company’s mission to develop real estate projects – including office buildings, industrial facilities, shopping centres, residential buildings, and hotels – that shape not only today’s urban landscape but also that of the future.
The National Student Research Conference is Hungary’s most prestigious academic student forum, offering a high-quality platform for talented young people to present their work. With a history spanning six decades, the conference series aims to recognize outstanding students in higher education, strengthen teacher-student relations, and support the national visibility and recognition of student scientific activities.
