Evosoft Hungary to move into new office building by 2021

Leading Hungarian IT company evosoft Hungary Kft, 100% owned by Siemens, to rent a soon-to-be-built office building in Budapest • More than 20,000 sqm to be developed by WING Zrt., handover expected in January 2021 • In the new building, a flexible software developer office concept will be implemented for more than 1,500 software developers
In order to be able to accommodate its growing IT personnel, evosoft Hungary Kft., 100% owned by Siemens AG, decided to consolidate its activities into one location instead of the offices that are currently scattered throughout Budapest. One of the leading IT companies in Hungary has selected the site at Budapest, Magyar Tudósok körút 11. The office building will be developed by Wing Zrt., as the second phase of the development project of the Hungarian Nobel-Prize Winners’ R&D Park.
Construction works will start in mid-July, 2018. The gross usable area of the new building is planned for 22,000 square meters (20,400 will be rented by Siemens) and the building will also offer 520 parking spaces in the huge underground garage. As shown by its planned LEED Gold certification the 6 storeyed, fully accessible building upholds the highest standards of environmental consciousness. The office will be characterized by cutting-edge building technologies, high-prestige design and high quality materials.
The newly built office space is also planned to support agile co-working for the more than 1,500 colleagues of evosoft. The building located in the vicinity of the Budapest University of Technology and Economics and the Faculty of Informatics of Eötvös Loránd University will
allow software developers to work in a flexible, digitally-ready environment.

The office building of evosoft will be developed by Wing Zrt..
