New Executive Appointment at WING

We are pleased to announce that dr. Katalin Walter has joined WING as Deputy CEO, effective 5 January 2026.
For more than 25 years, WING has been a leading player in the Hungarian real estate market and also holds a significant presence in the markets of Germany and Poland. The company is active across the full spectrum of real estate development: in addition to office, hotel, industrial and retail projects, it has built a substantial residential portfolio in recent years.
Dr. Katalin Walter joins WING with more than two decades of international experience in management consulting and corporate leadership. She was a partner at one of the world’s leading consulting firms, McKinsey & Company, leading strategic and operational transformation projects mainly in Frankfurt and Budapest for 15 years. She later managed a complex integration project at a major bank in Hungary, before continuing her career in the leadership team of a regional insurance company. Most recently, she served as CEO of the Budapest Transport Centre (BKK).
The arrival of the new executive marks an important milestone in WING’s continued development. Supporting the Chairman and CEO, she will play a key role in managing, shaping and developing WING’s business activities in Hungary.
