New tenant in Szerémi Office Building
New tenant signs long-term lease agreement for space in WING’s Szerémi Office Building. As of June 2023, the new tenant will occupy the 6th and 7th floors of the Kaposvári út wing of the office complex, leasing almost 1300 sq. m of office space.
WING is set to welcome a new tenant to the Szerémi Office Building, offering modern and profitable category ‘A’ office space in the dynamic development area of District 11 at the foot of the Rákóczi bridge in Buda. The complex of three interconnected buildings provides a total floor space of nearly 10,500 sq. m.
Based on the lease agreement concluded, the tenant will occupy the 6th and 7th floors of the Kaposvári út wing of the building, with a gross area of 1,252 sq. m. In addition to the office areas, featuring a cellular layout according to the tenant’s needs, employees working on-site will have access to the building’s own café and restaurant, as well as the pleasant green rooftop garden. Complementing the office building’s amenities, the area is home to a number of quality green spaces, sport and athletic options and a shopping centre, even within walking distance, too.

Located in the area bounded by Szerémi út, Dombóvári utca and Prielle Kornélia utca, the office building is easily accessible for employees arriving by public transport as well as by car. Trams no. 1, 41 and 47 stop nearby, as do buses no. 33 and 133. By car, the complex is accessible from motorways M7/M1, M6 and M5 via Hungária körút or the M0. Employees driving to work may park their vehicles in the underground garage, with space for 196 cars.
New Tenants to Move into WING’s Liberty Building this Summer
Four new tenants will be moving into Liberty, WING’s mixed-use development, in summer 2024. Coop, FedEx, Praktiker and 3 Print have concluded lease agreements for a total of more than 3,500 square meters of office space. The new tenants will have access to a number of services in the complex, in which the occupancy rate of retail areas is now 100%.

Another tenant chooses WING’s East Gate Pro Business Park
WING Industrial has concluded a major agreement with a leading regional parcel logistics operator at East Gate Pro Business Park. The business park, the latest phase of the popular East Gate project, is located at the junction of the M3 and M0 motorways. The third hall of East Gate PRO Park was completed last year, and now there is a long-term pre-lease agreement for the fourth hall, B2. The 9,000-square-meter building, a build-to-suit (BTS) development with a pre-lease agreement, is to be completed by the end of 2024.
