Park West 2 construction started
Construction works have started on the second phase of the highly successful Park West project of WING's residential development division, LIVING, as announced in September 2020. Being the very first residential property developer in the country to provide community and smart services as well, LIVING would like to target those people with this investment who like city bustle and active lifestyle, and who esteem a good location, a wide range of services provided by the residential park, and high quality ensured by the developer. Park West 2 project is expected to be handed over at the end of the first half of 2023.
As a result of the success of the first phase and the popularity of those apartments, Park West 2 construction is to start during the spring of 2021. This development of WING's umbrella brand specializing in residential property, LIVING, also offers community services and smart solutions to customers. Civil engineering works began at the end of March, jointly with the completion of the third, last phase of Park West, which also anticipates the planned future launch of Park West 3. Civil engineering works are implemented by Strabag. The handover of Park West 2 is scheduled for the first half of 2023. For those who would like to move in soon, some newly built, well-arranged apartments from the first phase are still available. These are scheduled to be handed over by the end of 2021.
Located in the dynamically developing Ferdinánd borough, district XIII, in the immediate vicinity of Dózsa György Street and Lehel Street, the residential park at 15-25 Szabolcs Street is an excellent choice for those who prefer urban life and active lifestyle. The area around the residential park is excellently accessible by car, bicycle and public transport alike. In addition to the M3 metro line, tram 14, bus 105, and trolley 75, there are several night service stops on the surrounding main roads. The WestEnd City Center is just a short walk away, while Városliget, the Budapest Zoo and the renovated Széchenyi Bath are only 10 minutes away for those looking for leisure time. Heroes’ Square and the Museum of Fine Arts are also just an easy 15 to 20-minute walk away.
When designing the 234 apartments of Park West 2, mostly of 40 to 50 square meters, the primary consideration was the creation of efficient floor plans and the use of environmentally conscious solutions. Each apartment has a terrace and a parking space in the underground garage available for each apartment. The upper levels offer beautiful views of the Buda Hills and the Városliget, among others.
LIVING, the first community residential park developer of Hungary, also provides the residents of Park West 2 with unique community services such as a community living room and lounge, a library, cleaning services, shed, or 0-24 hour package pick-up. LIVING wants to support work-life balance, so Park West's common living room serves not only as a place for relaxation, but also offers a co-working workspace, including business corner services.
All apartments in Park West 2 are smart homes, so all residents can enjoy the benefits of SMART LIVING. The central unit, the smart socket, the free WiFi service and heating control are part of SMART Home free basic package to which a SMART+ package can be added against an additional fee if needed, so that residents can feel even more at home and their everyday lives can be even more comfortable.
