Construction works have started on the second phase of the highly successful Park West project of WING's residential development division, LIVING, as announced in September 2020. Being the very first residential property developer in the country to provide community and smart services as well, LIVING would like to target those people with this investment who like city bustle and active lifestyle, and who esteem a good location, a wide range of services provided by the residential park, and high quality ensured by the developer. Park West 2 project is expected to be handed over at the end of the first half of 2023.
As a result of the success of the first phase and the popularity of those apartments, Park West 2 construction is to start during the spring of 2021. This development of WING's umbrella brand specializing in residential property, LIVING, also offers community services and smart solutions to customers. Civil engineering works began at the end of March, jointly with the completion of the third, last phase of Park West, which also anticipates the planned future launch of Park West 3. Civil engineering works are implemented by Strabag. The handover of Park West 2 is scheduled for the first half of 2023. For those who would like to move in soon, some newly built, well-arranged apartments from the first phase are still available. These are scheduled to be handed over by the end of 2021.
