Kassák Passage

The second phase of the Kassák Project, the 263-apartment Kassák Passage, is located near the office corridor in Váci Street, between Klapka Street and Apály Street. The environmentally friendly and energy efficient residential development have an energy efficiency rating of AA. The Kassák Project was completed in 2024 with the delivery of its third phase, Kassák Terrace. Kassák Passage was completed in September 2022, all the apartments are sold.
