Kassák Passage

The Kassák Project is located in Klapka utca in District 13, just a block from Váci út. The first phase of the development, the 232 units of Kassák Residence, was completed in 2020, the second phase, Kassák Passage will have 262 units, while 246 units will be available in the last, third phase, Kassák Terrace. With the residents of the district and the people working in the office buildings in Váci út, these retail units will have thousands of potential customers.

The residential developments offer ground floor retail units for sale or rent with an area of 50-350 sqm, to be handed over when the building structure is completed.

Location

Kassák Passage is an extension to the Kassák Residence, located on Klapka utca in the 13th district. Two buildings with 262 apartments will be constructed in this new stage. The apartments will be delivered in 2022.
