WING Industrial has concluded a long-term agreement with the Hungarian subsidiary of a parcel logistics group operating in the CEE region to lease the fourth hall in East Gate Pro Business Park. The tenant has nearly 3,000 pick-up points in Hungary, and with this hall, built specifically to suit the parcel logistics services it provides, it will strengthen its position in the region. To suit the tenant’s needs, hall B2 will have a higher proportion of office space and larger manipulation and parking areas than standard warehouses, as well as dock and level gates for a cross docking function, and a heat pump system for heating and cooling. The new hall, which is being built by Weinberg ’93 Építő Kft. and will be fully compliant with our sustainability principles, is expected to be completed in Q4 2024.
