More tenants are moving into the mixed-use Liberty building developed by WING: Zenitech Consulting Zrt., formerly Autsoft, has signed a lease for 1,500 square metres of office space, and the Hungarian representative office of a major international company has signed a lease for an additional 2,000 square metres. The Liberty building’s occupancy rate has reached nearly 80%, and the range of services available to employees of the companies already settled and those moving in the future has been further expanded, with the newly established Gourmenza restaurant opening in September.
The agreements were facilitated by the advisors from CitiReal Advisors and iO Partners Hungary.
"We are honoured that more major companies have chosen Liberty. This is a strong confirmation that our project offers a unique solution in the Hungarian market. With diverse services and a commitment to ESG, we are creating an office environment where tenants from any sector can find the perfect place for their needs," said Gábor Angel, Deputy CEO responsible for WING’s office portfolio, adding: "We extend a special thanks to the new tenants who have placed their trust in us, and we hope that Liberty’s innovative features and services will contribute to their future success."
"We are delighted to have successfully advised on a 2,000 sqm office lease transaction at Liberty, whereby WING and an international FMCG company signed a lease. This collaboration further enhances Liberty’s recognition in the real estate market, with yet another prestigious international tenant moving in. Our client chose this project because it meets the company’s global requirements and high ESG standards, both in terms of architectural solutions and ESG compliance, as well as its comprehensive, employee-friendly services. We are proud to be able to support its growth, as it has been chosen by prominent companies that put quality and sustainability at the forefront," said Krisztina Major, Director of Office Transactions at iO Partners Hungary.
Liberty, one of WING’s most innovative mixed-use developments, offers high-quality office spaces along with a hotel, restaurants, and other commercial units. The modern building meets the strictest sustainability requirements, as confirmed by its BREEAM Excellent and Access4you Gold certifications. Liberty’s services include premium comfort services, a skybar, and conference rooms. Additionally, Liberty employees can access a wide range of services in the neighbouring Telekom Campus building. In terms of location, Liberty is situated at the intersection of Könyves Kálmán Körút and Albert Flórián Út, at the gateway to the city centre from Budapest Liszt Ferenc International Airport, ensuring excellent transport connections to all parts of the city.
The construction of Liberty as an energy-efficient green property was also supported by public funds invested under the Real Estate Fund sub-programme of the Baross Gábor Capital Programme. The Hungarian Development Bank provided funds as a co-investor to the winning real estate funds in the Capital Programme's tendering process, thus contributing to increasing investment activity, improving energy efficiency and implementing green developments.
