New residential park in LIVING’s portfolio: sales of the last phase of the highly popular Park West project start

Sales of Park West Rise, the fourth and final phase of the downtown Park West residential park, have begun. The development in the Ferdinánd Quarter, an area in District 13 currently enjoying a major revival, offers 195 modern, energy efficient apartments near the bustling city centre. Completion of Park West Rise is expected in late 2027, and now its units are available at a special introductory price. As the residential park is in a brownfield location, a refund claim may be made for the 5% VAT on the apartments.
Sales of the last phase of the Park West project, LIVING’s nearly 900-unit residential development, have started. Park West Rise offers 195 apartments in downtown Budapest, in a dynamically developing part of the city. The residential park is located between Szabolcs utca and Lőportár köz, right next to Dózsa György út and Lehel utca, in the Ferdinánd Quarter, an area that is currently enjoying a revival. Szabolcs utca is one of the main thoroughfares in Budapest’s District 13, where far-reaching infrastructure and urban development projects have been implemented in recent years. The results have made this area both more modern and more attractive to residents and investors alike.
Thanks to the Ferdinánd Quarter’s outstanding infrastructure and transport options, the residential park is easily accessible by car, public transport and bike, too.
