2022-09-12

Park West residential development project, announced by LIVING at the end of 2020, has now reached its third phase: the construction of Park West 3 will start in the second quarter of 2022. The residential park offers sunny, energy-efficient apartments, where the unique comfort-enhancing LIVING Service will be available to the residential community. Park West 3, which comprises 230 apartments in the renewed Ferdinánd quarter of the 13th District, is scheduled for delivery in the first quarter of 2025.

The development of the Park West residential park, launched by LIVING in 2020, has reached its third phase with construction set to start in the second half of 2022. LIVING, an umbrella brand of WING specializing in residential properties, completed the first phase of the Park West project at the beginning of this year, offering 229 apartments, while Park West 2 is currently under construction, with more than 70 percent of its 234 units already sold.

Residents of Park West 3 will benefit from environmentally friendly solutions, and thanks to the efficient floor plans and high building quality, they will also be able to enjoy maximum comfort. The up-to-date heat pump and surface heating and cooling heating system ensure year-round optimal temperatures for residents, who can easily control warming and cooling with the smart home system. The triple-glazed façade doors and windows and the other characteristics of the building, as well as the 15-centimetre insulation, which is unusually thick, will also help maintain ideal temperatures. The plants in the internal courtyard will help create the building’s microclimate.

There are 230 apartments in the residential park’s third building, all of which have an energy efficiency rating of at least AA and almost net zero energy usage. There are also two stores and two offices. The residential development offers practical studio apartments as well as large five-room penthouse units with panoramic views. All the homes have efficient layouts and allow plenty of natural light to enter. The VAT rate on the purchase price of all the apartments is just 5 percent.

Park West residential park is located in one of the most dynamically developing areas of Budapest, in the heart of the Ferdinánd quarter of the 13th District, at Szabolcs utca 15-25. The area around the residential park is easily accessible by car, bicycle and public transport. In addition to the M3 metro line, tram 14, bus 105, and trolleybus 75, there are several night bus stops on the surrounding main roads. Westend City Centre, Városliget, the Budapest Zoo and the renovated Széchenyi Bath, are all only a 10- minute walk away. LIVING’s residential project is aimed to appeal most to people who lead an active, urban lifestyle and who prioritize location and accessibility, while appreciating the services on offer at the residential park, which will make their lives more comfortable.

“Demand is still high for the environmentally friendly apartments in Park West, which means the project’s third phase can start as planned. LIVING, the first community residential park developer in Hungary, provides the residential community of Park West 3 with unique services. LIVING Service, our professional service company, takes care of issues with the properties and coordinates the community services offered in our residential parks as well as the tailored smart home functions”, explained János Martin, Deputy CEO of WING, and LIVING’s Branch Director.

The developer offers prospective residents tailored LIVING Service packages to make everyday life easier for them in three areas:

  • As part of Community LIVING services, in addition to car sharing, a shared living room and lounge, a library, and 24/7 package pickup are also available.
  • SMART LIVING smart home solutions ensure that residents’ homes are energy-efficient and safe.
  • LIVING Solutions services make it easier for homeowners to manage the tasks related to their properties, whether they bought their apartment as a home or as an investment.
