Another company has chosen the Telekom Campus, developed by WING. Starting from September 2025, an insurance company will occupy approximately 1,000 square meters of office space. With the signing of the lease agreement, Telekom Campus is now nearing 100% occupancy.
Completed in 2018, Telekom Campus is one of Hungary’s largest office buildings. Not only does it serve as the headquarters of Magyar Telekom, it is also a defining element of the cityscape of Budapest's IX district, an iconic office complex in the capital. Originally developed as a headquarters building, Telekom Campus has adapted to changing market conditions and now operates successfully as a multi-tenant property. This transition highlights the development’s foresight and high standards. It officially became a multi-tenant building in 2023 with the arrival of Deutsche Telekom IT Solutions. With the current new tenant moving in, the building will now operate at almost full capacity.
"At WING, we prioritise flexible and adaptable developments to both tenant and market needs in the long term. This level of adaptability reflects forward-thinking architectural and technical planning, as well as an in-depth understanding of the market. The seamless conversion of the building’s function, its adaptable layout, and the ability to maintain efficient and smooth operations under a new model are all proof of WING’s long-term approach and commitment to quality. Not only is Telekom Campus one of the largest office developments in Budapest, it is also a timeless investment that continues to respond effectively to evolving market demands. The arrival of our newest tenant clearly demonstrates that there is still strong demand in the market for premium, A+ category office spaces offering an excellent location, high-quality services, and compliance with the sustainability standards that modern companies expect,” said Dr. Ernő Takács, Deputy CEO, Hotels & Commercial Properties at WING.
The building has excellent accessibility. Situated at the intersection of Könyves Kálmán Boulevard and Albert Flórián Road in Budapest’s District IX, it is at the gateway to the city centre for those arriving from Ferenc Liszt International Airport or the M5 motorway. The M3 metro line provides a direct and convenient connection to the downtown area, while tram line 1 offers a fast alternative route across the city. Additionally, the nearby Népliget international bus terminal and Ferencváros railway station offer both domestic and international transport connections.
The Telekom Campus has achieved both BREEAM Excellent and Access4you certifications. The building’s amenities include a restaurant and café, gym, rooftop running track, car wash, bike storage with changing rooms, underground parking, and a conference room, all of which contribute to the comfort and convenience of its occupants.
The premium services of the adjacent Liberty complex, which includes a hotel and various service units and was also developed by WING, as well as the WING Lemniscate sculpture in the space between the two buildings designed by Péter Szalay. Together, they contribute to a vibrant and inspiring business environment. Thanks to its high technical standards, efficient layout and the aforementioned premium services, the building continues to meet the tenant’s evolving needs in the long term.
