Active in the hotel sector for over a decade, the company has become a stable player in the Hungarian hotel development market with successful projects such as the recently opened TRIBE Budapest Airport Hotel at Liszt Ferenc International Airport, certified by BREEAM and Access4you, and next to it the ibis Styles Budapest Airport Hotel, the city’s first terminal hotel. Adding to its list of successful developments is the TRIBE Budapest Stadium, opened just over a year ago near Népliget, – Budapest's largest public park, that has been repositioned to a highly prestigious office submarket – which is the first hotel in Hungary to receive a BREEAM In-use “Outstanding” sustainability rating. WING is one of the few domestic developers to have delivered more than 1,000 hotel rooms.

In addition to hotel development, WING sees significant potential in professional hotel operations. In recent years, the company has actively taken part in operating the hotels it developed. With the partnership with Accent, the leading companies in their respective markets will elevate their hotel development expertise and portfolio management capabilities to a new level. This cooperation reinforces both WING and Accent’s positions in the domestic hotel market and provides a strong professional expertise for hotel operations, enabling the companies to create added value for their partners and investors in the future.

As an operational partner, Accent provides comprehensive hotel industry expertise to ensure the success of the projects. Headquartered in Budapest, the company operates more than 2,000 rooms across 29 hotels in Hungary and Austria for various property owners and is actively expanding its portfolio in the market. As an independent “white label” operator, Accent collaborates with international hotel chains under franchise agreements, managing hotels under brands such as Marriott, Best Western, and Accor.

The cooperation between the two companies is not new: WING and Accent's first joint hotel project is the Best Western Plus Lakeside Hotel in Székesfehérvár, which opened in 2015. WING is the developer and owner of the hotel, while Accent Hotel Management Kft., one of the largest independent hotel operators in Hungary, has been entrusted with its operation for ten years, and a franchise agreement has been signed with the American hotel chain for the use of the Best Western brand name.

Following their joint success with the hotel in Székesfehérvár, the two companies are now taking their cooperation to the next level by establishing a joint venture to combine their knowledge and experience to provide professional hotel management and development services.

The first joint operation of Accent and WING began in August 2025 at the Best Western Plus Lakeside Hotel in Székesfehérvár, with more hotels planned to follow. This collaboration will offer professional hotel management, leasing and bespoke solutions for developers, working alongside major hotel companies and investors.
