Skylight CITY, a seven-storey office building that WING developed on Róbert Károly körút, has received a Very Good rating under the BREEAM In-Use sustainability certification scheme. Sustainability and the environmental impact of its buildings are key focus areas for WING, which is a major property development group on the Central European property market. WING has been constructing its major developments with a commitment to sustainability for over ten years now. Also, the buildings it has completed in the past are continuously being modernised.

BREEAM-In-Use is a sustainability-based certification scheme for completed buildings, covering nine sustainability categories. Skylight CITY received the best scores for energy and water efficient management and operation, the green environment, the preservation and potential future conversion of the building, and its focus on the well-being and health of its users.
