Building structure completed at Kassák Terrace, the third phase of LIVING’s Kassák project

LIVING’s Kassák Terrace residential development, the third and final phase of the 740-unit Kassák project, has reached its highest point. Located in District 13, at the intersection of Klapka utca and Kassák Lajos utca, just a short walk from Váci út, the residential park will have 246 apartments with AA+ energy rating and advanced, cost-effective technical solutions. The construction work at Kassák Terrace is on schedule, with handover – and the completion of the whole Kassák project – expected in the first half of 2025. Sales of the third and final phase apartments have already started.
Kassák Terrace, Kassák project’s third phase at the intersection of Klapka utca and Kassák Lajos utca in District 13 with AA+ energy rating and 246 cost-effective apartments, has reached its highest point. Kassák Residence, the first phase of the project and LIVING’s first residential development, was handed over in 2020, while the second phase, Kassák Passage, was completed in the second half of 2022. With the handover of the third and final phase, the Kassák project, which includes a total of 740 apartments and its own 9000-square-meter park, will be complete. The project is scheduled for completion in the first half of 2025.
The residential park is conveniently located, in close proximity to Váci út, ensuring easy access to outstanding infrastructure and a broad range of services in the vicinity. Kassák Terrace will have an AA+ energy rating and will offer surface heating and cooling, a heat pump solution, and apartments with high technical standards. The triple-glazed plastic doors and windows allow for more efficient sound and thermal insulation, resulting in far lower annual heating and cooling costs compared to traditional homes.
In line with LIVING standards and like the first two phases of the Kassák project, Kassák Terrace offers unique LIVING Service packages.
