Liget Center Vitrum, a WING development, is structurally complete

Budapest City Park (Városliget) will soon find itself home to a new and unique real estate development: the WING Liget Center multi-building project. The development will involve not only the reconstruction of two buildings listed as historic monuments – serving as the main offices for RTL – but a brand-new boutique office building named Liget Center Vitrum will also be completed in the autumn. Construction is proceeding on schedule, and the Vitrum building is now structurally complete. Vitrum is a nearly zero energy building and will offer a total of 2,200 square metres of leasable office space over six floors, with a range of green and smart solutions for tenants opting for a downtown location. The building will be handed over in its shell and core stage in autumn 2024.
