Effective 1 April 2026, WING – one of Hungary's leading real estate development and investment companies – will restructure its management organization. The transformation is designed to build on more than two and a half decades of sustained growth, enabling the company to operate with greater efficiency while establishing a solid foundation for future opportunities.

The central element of this change is the separation of the combined Chairman and CEO roles at WING Zrt. Noah Steinberg, who has held the dual position to date, will continue as Chairman, focusing on long-term strategic direction, while also retaining his role as Chairman and CEO of WINGHOLDING, which encompasses the group's domestic and international interests. Going forward, dr. Katalin Walter will serve as CEO, responsible for overseeing operations in Hungary.

Noah Steinberg stated: "Over the past twenty-five years, our group has evolved from a domestic real estate development company into a regional real estate group with an active development and investment presence in Hungary, Germany, and Poland. dr. Katalin Walter has been appointed CEO with a mandate to further drive the development of operations in Hungary.
