LIVING expands collaboration with car-sharing service SHARE NOW

2022-10-12

Residential property developer LIVING, WING’s umbrella brand specialising in residential development, and car-sharing service SHARE NOW are continuing their collaboration. Residents of LIVING’s recently delivered residential development, the 263-unit Kassák Passage residential park, can choose from unique discounts and enjoy access to unlimited mobility, in premium car-share vehicles.

LIVING and SHARE NOW have expanded their collaboration, allowing for residents of Kassák Passage to use the car sharing service at a discounted rate. LIVING was the first property developer in Hungary to offer car sharing services to its residents. It made the favourable opportunities provided by SHARE NOW available for the first time in Kassák Residence, the first phase of Kassák Project.

SHARE NOW provides users with a modern and sustainable way of driving around the city. The company’s vehicles are available for registered users all over Europe. The 500 cars available through the application for per-minute, per-hour or daily rates offer users freedom throughout Hungary. They can be picked up anywhere and parked free of charge in public spaces within the service zone. There are no refuelling, insurance or maintenance fees either. Thanks to the collaboration, unique discounts and benefits are available to residents of Kassák Passage. These will make their day-to-day travel smoother and more comfortable.

In addition to the new premium quality car sharing service and in accordance with LIVING standards, Kassák Passage offers tailored LIVING Service packages to make residents’ lives easier in three areas:

  • As part of Community LIVING services, in addition to car sharing, a shared living room and lounge, a library, and 24/7 package pickup are also available.
  • SMART LIVING smart home solutions ensure that residents’ homes are energy-efficient and safe.
  • LIVING Solutions services make it easier for homeowners to manage the tasks related to their properties, whether they bought them to live in or as an investment.
