Ericsson moved into the WING-owned Infopark Building B at the beginning of summer. The telecommunications company’s Regional and Global Support Organizations now occupies more than 2,600 sq m of office space in the building under a long-term lease contract. The move places the division in closer proximity to Ericsson’s modern headquarters on the Danube, developed and owned by WING and delivered in 2018. The high-quality offices were completed on schedule and tailored to meet the tenant’s needs.

Ericsson’s Regional and Global Support Organizations moved into the WING-owned Infopark Building B over the first weeks of the summer. The telecommunications and IT company leased a total of more than 2600 sq m of office space on a long-term basis on two entire floors. The property is owned by WING, which was also in charge of developing Ericsson’s innovative headquarters situated directly on the bank of the Danube. With renovation works completed on time, the Swedish company was able to move into its new, high-quality offices on schedule.

Ericsson’s priorities for their new space included location in a green area, accessibility by automobile, public transportation and bicycle, and close proximity to the university. Settling their new home at Infopark, close to the company’s headquarters on the Danube, was therefore both the logical and obvious choice for Ericsson: the property ticks all the boxes. In addition to office space, Ericsson also leases parking spaces, storage facilities, showers and bike-depots.

WING owns the majority of buildings in Infopark. Hungary’s leading property developer owns 50,000 sq m of floor space in Infopark’s Buildings B, C, D and I. The modern office complex is one of the leading innovation and technology parks in Central Eastern Europe, and a progressive hub in particular for IT, telecommunications, and software development specialists. Infopark is the best office location in the dynamically developing region of South Buda. Its well-groomed park criss-crossed with walkways offers pleasant surroundings for visitors to the complex and employees working there. The buildings, with their uniform style recall the traditions and ambience of the university quarter, and their campus-like arrangement, provides first-class office spaces and spectacular rooftop panoramas. in addition to their prime location, the appeal of the office buildings is further increased by the various services available in the office park, including a post office, ATMs, a bank, a tobacco shop, restaurants and cafés.
