LIVING, WING’s residential property development umbrella brand, has completed its new residential park, Metropolitan Garden, in District 13, near Béke tér. Metropolitan Garden offers cosy homes of various sizes between 30 sq m and 110 sq m in area. Each apartment has a balcony and is equipped with smart solutions. LIVING is the first company in Hungary to offer residential developments with community solutions. This way, Metropolitan Garden homeowners can enjoy community amenities benefitting daily life, which have seen increased demand as a result of changed circumstances in the recent period.

LIVING’s project welcomes new residents with community services, smart solutions and a balcony with each apartment. The property was developed by WING, a leader of the Hungarian real estate market. WING’s market knowledge and experience spanning over twenty years guarantee the stability of the investment and its high quality.

Metropolitan Garden is located at Országbíró utca 54 in District 13, close to Béke tér. Surrounded by green space, the area is nonetheless located close to downtown. The area boasts excellent public transportation infrastructure, with a number of shopping options in close proximity, as well as a local government office, playground, preschool and an attractively landscaped park just 100 metres from the project site.

Metropolitan Garden homes offer efficient floor plans, with sizes ranging from 30 sq m to 110 sq m. Based on actual needs, most apartments are between 50 and 60 sq m in area. Each home comes with a pleasant balcony, with an average area of 12 sq m. There is an underground parking garage located under the building. The penthouse apartments, fully customised to meet buyers’ needs, are a unique feature of the residential park, and offer terraces with views of the Buda hills.

In addition to its high quality and outstanding location, Metropolitan Garden is particularly attractive thanks to its wide range of smart solutions and community services, which LIVING hopes will contribute to residents’ quality of life. The community playroom offers countless options to entertain even the littlest ones, while the community library provides new reading matter even for adults. Additionally, the building includes a shared barbecue site, an herb garden, a cleaning service, a community tool shed, a car sharing service and a parcel delivery point open 24/7.

One of our top priorities when selecting the location of LIVING’s residential parks is always to ensure that prospective residents need not compromise. On top of easy access to the downtown area and the suburban surroundings, important considerations include the great variety of services available in the immediate area of our residential parks, as well as suitable public transportation options provided by the district” says János Martin, Branch Director, Residential Developments at Living Homes.

LIVING completed the Kassák Residence residential park—the first phase of the Kassák project—located in Klapka utca in District 13, last year. Kassák Residence was also the first residential park in Hungary to offer unique community services. Installed in collaboration with Bosch, the building includes a community tool shed. Cleaning services provided by Rendi.hu are available for occasional or regularly scheduled cleaning jobs, to make daily life even more convenient for residents. The complex is also the site of the first outdoor Foxpost unit. And Kassák Residence is the first residential park to offers residents its own community app: Spaceflow features a shared chat interface for communicating news and enjoying exclusive benefits. The success of the project is evinced by the fact that construction has already started on the second phase, Kassák Passage.
