WING Acquires Infopark’s B, C and I Office Buildings

WING, Hungary’s leading, privately owned real estate developer and investor, has further increased its footprint on the South Buda office market with the acquisition of Infopark’s B, C and I office buildings, along with adjacent parking garages B and D, the seller was Infopark Bt.

WING is increasing its presence on the dynamically developing South Buda property market through a new acquisition: after the sale and purchase agreement signed just days ago, the company now owns office buildings B, C and I located at Infopark, along with parking garages B and D, likewise a part of Infopark. The combined rentable area of the “A” category office blocks, built in the early and mid-2000s, exceeds 30,000 square metres. The floor space of buildings B and I each reach around 9,000 square metres, while Building C offers a rentable area of 13,000 square metres. Along with the purchase of Building D in 2018, WING has become Infopark’s majority owner, and now close to 50,000 square metres belong to the company there. Apart from their excellent location, the office buildings’ appeal is also boosted by the services they offer: the parking garages which were part of the transaction, the restaurant and the roof garden. WING will seek to utilise the buildings through leasing, and based on preliminary negotiations, this could be realised in the near future for Buildings B and C.
