The environmentally friendly office building has a VERY GOOD rating under the international BREEAM environmental awareness rating system. When developing this aesthetically pleasing and modern office complex, the objective was to create a building with a unique exterior and clean-lined interior. This is a cost effective, green building with very efficient layout. During the planning stages one of the main criteria was the efficient use of the solar energy and the collection and alternative application of rainwater also, the environment freindly solutions used such as multifunctional window system and sound insulation. k3 consists of four towers with an average floor plate of 2300 sqm. The top floor offers direct access to the roof terrace from the offices. K3 has a great access by public transportation as well as by car or bike.
WING won the “Construction Industry Award’ in 2012. as a recognition of high quality construction of implementation.

The development first launched under the name of K3 is now the Allianz Headquarters on Könyves Kálmán körút what was purchased from WING.
