2017. Ericsson House which has a total area of 24,000 square meters, also houses a large research and development facility. The new office and R&D development is one of the most modern, most innovative headquarters in the country, that was designed and constructed to the strict standards of the LEED Gold environmental awareness rating.
The six-storey building is tailored to suit the client’s specific requirements. In terms of its form, function and the discerning architectural solutions employed, it blends in superbly with the surrounding environment. The facility has 540 parking spaces and a bicycle storage with a capacity of 250, all housed on the four levels underneath the building.
