The third phase of LIVING’s popular Park West project has reached a milestone: with the final use permit issued, the 230-unit development has been completed. Some move-in-ready flats are still available in the residential park with an A+ energy rating, and while it is located in the heart of the bustling District 13, in the Ferdinánd Quarter, it is classified as a brownfield location, which means the 5% VAT can be reclaimed.

WING has acquired a 10,900 square meter development site in Debrecen. Under its residential development brand, LIVING, the company plans to build around 400 modern, energy-efficient apartments in several phases in the county seat. This will be the company’s first residential development outside of Budapest, addressing the strong demand in the local real estate market and significantly contributing to the expansion of new housing supply in Hungary’s second-largest city. The project is set to launch in the second half of 2026, and the vast majority of the apartments will be available through the favourable loan schemes of the Home Start Program. Apartments will be available for purchase with a favourable 20–80% payment schedule.

We are pleased to announce that BAUWERT AG, in which WING holds a majority stake, has officially launched construction of one of Berlin’s most ambitious urban development projects – the Segelflieger Quarter in Johannisthal / Adlershof.

Two hotel developments by WING, the ibis & TRIBE Budapest Stadium Hotel and the TRIBE Budapest Airport Hotel, have obtained the BREEAM certification. Additionally, the dual-branded Stadium Hotel is the first hotel in Hungary to achieve the highest rating, the BREEAM In-Use “Outstanding” category. With this, the hotel has joined a group of only four hotels worldwide that hold this top-level sustainability certification.

Construction of LIVING’s first residential development in Buda is progressing according to schedule: the building structure of Római Park, a residential park in District 3 with an A+ energy rating, has been completed. Located in a green area in north Buda, the 257-unit residential park will offer sustainable and modern architectural solutions, and the community services and proximity of the Danube will make the project highly attractive to future residents. Homes at Római Park, on the corner of Pünkösdfürdő utca and Hatvany Lajos utca, are already available for sale, and handover is expected in the second half of 2026.

Liberty is welcoming a new tenant: AutoWallis Group, a leading integrated automotive retail and mobility service provider in the Central and Eastern European region, has established its new headquarters in the mixed-use Liberty complex developed by WING, occupying approximately 5,600 square meters of office space for over 400 employees.

A record-breaking deal worth more than PLN 2,405 million (EUR 565 million) has been reached for the acquisition of just over half of the Resi4Rent's portfolio. Resi4Rent is a rental housing platform developed and co-owned by Echo Investment, which is majorly owned by WING. As a result of the transaction, 18 residential real estate projects with more than 5,000 units, from Resi4Rent's portfolio will be owned by Vantage Development, a Hamburg-based company belonging to the TAG Immobilien Group. The parties have signed a preliminary agreement on 16 August 2025, and the transaction is subject to customary approval by the Polish antimonopoly authority. Echo Investment remains committed to the development and expansion of the remaining Resi4Rent portfolio.

Another company has chosen the Telekom Campus, developed by WING. Starting from September 2025, an insurance company will occupy approximately 1,000 square meters of office space. With the signing of the lease agreement, Telekom Campus is now nearing 100% occupancy.

There are many paths to follow in the typology of real estate development, which should have one common goal for developers: value creation. It does not matter whether it is a new building or the renovation of an old one.

Sales of Park West Rise, the fourth and final phase of the downtown Park West residential park, have begun. The development in the Ferdinánd Quarter, an area in District 13 currently enjoying a major revival, offers 195 modern, energy efficient apartments near the bustling city centre. Completion of Park West Rise is expected in late 2027, and now its units are available at a special introductory price. As the residential park is in a brownfield location, a refund claim may be made for the 5% VAT on the apartments.

Another tenant has chosen the Skylight City office building as its first headquarters in Hungary. The multinational company specializing in the distribution of health-focused dietary supplements has signed a lease agreement with WING Ltd. for an approximately 900-square-meter multifunctional office space.

ZF Hungária, the Hungarian subsidiary of ZF, one of the world's largest automotive companies has taken over more than 1,000 square meters of office space in WING’s HOP Technology Office Park. This move represents a further expansion of the growing community of innovation-driven enterprises operating in the park. ZF Hungária has not only found a new office at HOP but also an inspiring professional environment that supports its long-term development.

WING supports the SOS Children's Villages Hungary Foundation's "Youth Start Fund" program with 2 million forints, which helps young people raised in state care to start independent life safely. The company has been a committed partner of the foundation since 2018 and continues to contribute to the social integration of disadvantaged young people and the creation of equal opportunities with its support.

The Liget Center Classic, a protected historical building redeveloped by WING added a major new tenant: the international law firm, Wolf Theiss is setting up its exclusive law office on almost 1,300 square metres to provide a modern working environment for its 85 employees. With this transaction, the occupancy rate of the building has reached 100%.

East Gate PRO Business Park in Fót has reached another important milestone: WING Industrial, the industrial and logistics development business of the centre’s developer, WING, delivered the fourth hall measuring 9,000 square metres. The tenant of the new facility, rated “Very Good” by BREEAM, is the Hungarian subsidiary of Packeta, a parcel logistics group active in Central and Eastern Europe. The new hall was tailored entirely to fit the tenant’s needs, in a so-called built-to-suit (BTS) pre-lease arrangement, with construction done by Weinberg ‘93 Építő Kft. and financing provided by UniCredit Bank.

In early May 2025, WING carried out an institutional bond issuance, which closed with outstanding results: it was more than twice oversubscribed, and bonds were issued in the amount of EUR 43.2 million. Following this, WING Group issued bonds to retail investors for the first time, marking another milestone in the company’s history.

Lightware Zrt., a principal player in the audiovisual technology market, moved to its new headquarters in the HOP Technology Office Park in February, a project developed by WING Zrt. The company has taken occupancy of the 7,000 square metre area of Building 7 located on the downtown campus, which offers state-of-the-art technological infrastructure, sustainable solutions, and accommodating its offices, logistics base and product development centre.

Telekom Campus, the largest office building in Budapest defining the image of the city has been awarded the international Access4you Certificate. Thanks to the barrier-free design of the building developed by WING, people with strollers and people with assistance dogs can move easily and safely around the spaces. The certification also confirms that the owner of the building pays special attention to accessibility and provides detailed and reliable information to visitors.

For the fifth consecutive year, WING – one of Central Europe’s leading real estate development and investment groups – is supporting talented and ambitious university students by contributing to the work of the economics and engineering sections of the National Student Research Conference (OTDK). Demonstrating strong investor demand with more than twice the oversubscription, WINGHOLDING Zrt. — a leading real estate development and investment group in Central Europe — successfully issued €43.2 million in bonds. The company accepted subscriptions totaling €43.2 million at a yield of 6.50%, under its €100 million bond program with a three-year maturity. The funds raised through this successful capital increase will be used to pursue new investment opportunities and to launch additional real estate development projects.
